From what we understand, Clickessay.net has been in the writing business since 2014 and, according to the company website, is located in Atlanta, Georgia. In the past few years, there have been comments made about Click Essay, and we are now getting around to conducting a full review.
Our reviews have only one point: we want our site visitors and users to have factual information about specific writing companies so that they can make good decisions about which to choose.
We look at common factors so that comparisons among writing agencies are reliable:
All that we found is summarized below.
Step 1: About EssayClick.net
Essay Click offers all types of academic writing at all academic levels. These include essays, papers, coursework help, reviews and analyses, case studies and lab reports, projects, presentations, and major graduate works, like theses and dissertations. Students can also order admission essays or submit their own writing for editing and proofreading.
The process for ordering and getting academic writing from EssayClick is the same as most traditional writing services. The customer completes an order form, the company assigns a writer, and ultimately the product is delivered.
Step 2: Quality of Products and Services
To judge quality, we have to look at several factors:
Step 3: Writers and Support
There are several EssayClick testimonials written in praise of both writing quality and attentive customer support.
In terms of information about the writers, there is very little, other than to say that they are all U.S. and UK degreed professionals with degrees from great universities.
Relative to customer support, we did contact this department on two occasions, once by phone and once by live chat. We did ask about policies, specific products, etc. At one point we were told that we could a complete Ph.D. dissertation, including original research, within 12 days. This would be a miracle indeed. We suspect that the company is using an answering service. The agent we spoke to by telephone was obviously foreign and did not seem to be able to answer our detailed questions without putting us on hold.
Step 4: Prices
Essay Click prices are well within the average range. They begin as low as $10 per page for a basic high school essay and graduate according to specific factors – an academic level of the customer, type of product ordered, and the deadline urgency. A doctoral student will pay $50 a page for a piece with a 12-hour deadline.
In terms of payment methods, this is one area in which customers can feel safe. A third-party processor is used, one with a secured SSL certification. The company itself does not collect any financial information.
Step 5: Additional Features and Discounts
There are discounts available with coupon codes that customers can use. First-time customers always get a discount, and there is a program in place for loyal repeat customers. In our opinion, this does not make up for the poor quality that customers receive.
There are the normal freebies offered – free pages, plagiarism check, etc.
And there are policies in place that cover legal responsibilities, confidentiality, revisions, and customer satisfaction/refunds. These are standard for the industry.
Concluding Comments
The site itself has some problems. Customers cannot access samples, for instance. Beyond that, the company information is relatively complete in terms of what is offered, the blog has some interesting article topics, although thin content and customers do receive what they order.
The issue is quality, and really this is the most important factor for any writing service. N the case of Essayclick.com, it’s just not there, even though prices begin in the low average range. Further, customer service agents do not seem to be in-house employed and trained staff.
Overall, we are giving Essay Click a rating of 2, on a 5-point scale. There are plenty of other writing services out there that deliver far more quality and are still within the average range. Read through some of our other reviews and see for yourself.
