We say this because in the course of conducting our BuyEssayClub.com review, we read several of the footer pages related to specific types of products, and they are the same as those on other sites we have reviewed. Nevertheless, we our treating this company as a standalone service and have competed the assessment of its products and services as we would any company. We have studied the content on the site, the prices, have read the BuyEssayClub testimonials, and have searched the web for other comments and feedback. In addition, we ordered the same research paper that we order from all sites, in order to evaluate the quality of writing. This is the report of our findings.
Step 1: General Information About BuyEssayClub.com
The company focuses only on academic writing and serves students at every academic level. We were curious that the company differentiates between college and university and, when we asked about the difference, the customer service rep could not explain it to us.
Any type of academic writing is available, including theses and dissertations at the Master’s and Ph.D. levels. There is a comprehensive drop-down menu on the order form for both the type of writing product needed and the subject field.
Step 2: Quality of Products and Services
Quality is determined by several factors, as follows:
The quality of writing on the site itself: We have to assume that writing services present their best writing on their site content. If this is the case, we are concerned. There are grammatical and word usage errors throughout the content, which is presented in long rambling pieces of text, much of which says the same thing over and over again.
BuyEssayClub reviews that we find elsewhere on the web. We were able to find a few comments from customers, and these were quite mixed. All stated they received their products on time, but there were complaints about quality and resources used.
The research paper we received. The paper arrived on time and the writer followed our instructions regarding length, formatting, and number of resources. We were, however, disappointed with the writing quality, especially since we paid more for a Native-English speaking writer. Only secondary resources were used, something that is frowned upon at the university level.
In sum, our Buy Essay Club review of quality is “fair” at best.
Step 3: Writers and Support
We found no information about the educational and experiential background of the writers, although a customer support representative did state that they all have Master’s or Ph.D. degrees. As well, there were no sample writings to review and we were told that none were available “at this time.”
Customer support and expertise. We contacted the customer support department by phone and through live chat and asked a number of varied questions on several different occasions. Reps were not able to provide detailed answers, leading us to believe it is an answering service, not actual employees.
Step 4: Prices
BuyEssayClub.com prices appear to be about average when compared to other writing services. The base price for our 8-page research paper at the university level, with a 7-day deadline, was priced at $120.00. However, requesting a Native-English speaking writer brought the cost up to $154.00, a bit higher than average. In reading through customer BuyEssayClub reviews, we did not find complaints about pricing.
Payments are made through major credit cards and they are secure.
Step 5: Additional Features and Discounts
The company states that it provides free title pages, bibliographies, formatting and revisions, and this is accurate. We did request a revision and, while it was not significantly better, it was completed as asked.
We could find no BuyEssayClub discount anywhere on the site, and there was no field on the order form for BuyEssayClub.com coupon code to be entered. We did contact customer support and ask about discounts and were told that, while there are no regular discounts provided, they do occasionally publish a BuyEssayClub promo code and that one can also be given for large orders when requested.
Conclusion
Customers do not need to worry about a Buy Essay Club scam. The company does process and deliver orders. However, in providing overall Buy Essay Club ratings in each category, we are providing a rating of only “Fair.”
